  1. Overnight/Same-Day Shipping:

    • We process all orders as quickly as possible.

      On average, delivery is made within 1-2 business days.

      Deliveries to outlying areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.

  2. Standard Shipping:

    • We offer the same shipping for all orders. If Uber Parcel is available within your area, you will be presented with the option during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: Shipping is a flat rate and handling fee of 150 ZAR for all orders.

Shipping Times

  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery is made within 1-2 business days. Deliveries to outlying areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Delivery to most Johannesburg locations are within the same day for orders placed before the same day cut-off time (10:30am)

Conditions Affecting Shipping

While we strive to meet our shipping commitments, there are certain conditions that may prevent us from shipping according to the schedule:

  • Public Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather conditions may delay shipping and delivery times.
  • Unexpected Delays: Events such as strikes, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact our ability to ship on time.
  • Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our shipping partner’s website.

Delivery Issues

  • If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at t@ilabs.co.za within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
