We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is not functioning as intended upon arrival due to a manufacturer's defect.

  2. Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos and videos showing the damage or the fault in the product. This evidence is crucial for processing your return request.

  3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and evidence. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, except for the defect reported.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will give you the option of a refund, replacement or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products with evident signs of use, portraying that most or all of the product contents have already been used.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
