Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
As soon as a clients payment clears, we submit a waybill to courier guy. Courier guy is same day or overnight shipping from Monday to Thursday.
To receive a parcel as quickly as possible, please order between Monday at 8:00 - Thursday 12:00 to avoid having to wait the whole weekend. It’s always best to order as early as possible due to collections coming to a halt between 2-4pm.
Some outlying areas may take 1-2 days longer to receive parcels.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat rate of R150 per delivery nationwide for orders under R2500. Delivery is free for orders to the value of R2500 or more.
What packaging do you use for parcels?
We package most of our orders inside of sealed Kraft paper mailer bags made from recycled paper. Mailer bags are padded with honeycomb paper for extra protection.
Our mailer bags are Biodegradable, Recyclable, and Compostable.
Mailer bags are placed inside of generic/courier cardboard boxes for discretion during delivery.
We may use alternative packaging dependent on the size of your parcel.
Your parcel will look like any other e-commerce parcel until opened.

We deliver to almost any South African address or Courier Guy Depot in all 9 South African provinces:

We do not currently offer international deliveries.
